Britney Spears Styler by LIDL

So excited to introduce you all to this new styling range by Britney Spears that will be available in LIDL as of the 24th of this month. Massive thankyou to LIDL for sending me this to play with and I did a couple of tests with it to show you all how amazing and space saving it is, as well all coming with all of the attachments, which is amazing value for money! I was lucky enough to be sent the Multifunction Styler and the Britney Spears Paddle Brush. I use the paddle brush for blow drying as the problem with having long hair is it gets very knotty and tangled but the paddle brush is super easy on your hair and gets rid of all tangles which makes blow drying so much nicer to deal with.

TIP: By twisting the brush when it's towards the end of your hair while blow drying this had some natural wavey loose curls which also is fabulous for volume boosting.

Using the main head that comes already attached I crimped part of my hair to show you the effect it gives, which is also fab for those of you who want to boost the volume of your hair. You can use the crimper at the root of your hair to add a bit more boost. This also doubles as up straighteners by turning the plates around.

This singular curl was made with the smaller curl tong which the Multifunction Styler also comes with; sooo many accessories I love it.

I then opted to do all my hair for you with the larger curling head which is perfect for an everyday tousled look and some pretty waves. I hate it when my hair is flat so it's a great way to add some bounce to boost your confidence. For those of you with shorter hair there is also a smaller curling addition which comes with a brush that fits over the iron to give you lovely soft curls for a more natural look.

This was the end result of using the larger curling tong to produce some lovely bouncy loose curls. This also gave my hair a lovely shine and kept it nice and soft without feeling ratty or clingy like my hair does when curling with some products. Of course after any hair styling make sure it stays with some good quality hair spray. I also find spraying the roots of your hair with Bastiste is also a fab way to keep the volume in and the shine gorgeous. If you travel lots so want to pack less, if you're starting out with hair styling or just needing something that does everything, this is a perfect way to spend your christmas money and at a fantastic price, ONLY £11.99 with a 3 year warranty on all electrical items.

I had a little play with this on my latest vlog, have a watch here and see how to I got this look...www.youtube.com/watch?v=sKceEhpINzA

You Are Gold...GOLD

Christmas is coming on fast and maybe it's time you realised just how close that night out with friends, family or work is...nothing to wear? Here is some gold inspiration.

For me Christmas is all about sparkles, shiny things and going over the top with glitter eye shadow, but this gold sequin skirt is satisfying my magpie eyes. There has been so many sequin outfits pinned to my Pinterest lately and I can't get enough, even for New Year, outfits like this are perfect if you want to stay warm but still want to catch the eye of that guy you've liked for ages. I'm not at all used to this cold weather yet and even the thought of going out in dresses makes me feel cold...this is my solution.

I paired this gold tube skirt with a black turtle neck jumper, black tights and boots, to give the illusion that I have longer legs than I really do, and a statement necklace from LoveFromMilan to add some more shine to my top half. The boots are also my secret weapon in winter, thick black tights then over the top a cute pair of frilly black socks pulled up over my boots to add a little more detail but also keep my feet super snug. Winter won't defeat me.

This is such a gorgeous item for evening wear, cocktails with friends, that meal you want to go to but don't want to follow suit by wearing a big shouty dress. It also folds up nice and small so if you secretly buy it for yourself, wrap it and put it in your stocking, no one will know. it'll be our little secret.

Furry Christmas

Fur is everywhere lately and I can't get enough of it! Fur coats, fur gilets, fur scarfs even fur clutch bags (which I need to invest in asap) but today I'm featuring this uber fluffy black and white gilet from Celeblook.

It looks fabulous with long sleeved shift dress, a jumper and jeans, skirt and top it goes with basically anything and for a christmas party it's perfect to add a warmer layer without having to carry a big coat around with you. There is no such thing as too fluffy for me so this is just the perfect element to add to your festive outfits. I don't know about you guys but I'm home over Christmas at the moment and it's freeeeezing up north compared to Cornwall so this has been packed in my case so I can be snuggled up when I go for festive cocktails to catch up with friends. It looks great as a casual fashion statement or dressed up with a statement necklace and glittery dress. Keeping a monochrome look I opted for a bright lippy with my Classy Winchester Daniel Wellington watch to add a bit of colour.

If you're looking for last minute outfits for presents at a great price this is a perfect gift this christmas, who doesn't want fur in their stocking? Shop it here: www.celeblook.co.uk

It's A London Christmas

After a busy few in London I fancied a day in central London finding some festive spirit to share with you all on here. I embraced the busy roads and crowds of people in Selfridges to get some christmas shopping done and I even bumped into Santa who couldn't help posing for a photo. This time of year in London is always my favourite, even if there are a silly amount of people in shops and the queues are massive but I love to suck it all up and see the bright lights, colours and excited little children running around pointing out what they want from Santa.

I usually go for my traditional Starbucks just off Oxford St. that I always visit when I'm in London but this time I fancied something different and came across a lovely juice bar just down from Oxford St. Joe and the Juice is an awesome juice and sandwich bar, perfect place to hide away from people and do some blogging. I tried a Stress Less Juice which was strawberry, apple and ginger with a mozzarella, tomato, turkey and pesto flatbread. I have to say this is somewhere I will definitely be visiting again and not stupidly over priced either. The boys working there were all very friendly and chatty, which is always a blessing in cities to find people who are happy and rub off on you.

After lunch I went on to explore and hunt down more festive experiences and sites in London. Visiting Leicester Square was so lovely, with rides, and stalls, a mini christmas market was exactly what I needed. It's almost like little towns pop up over Christmas with cute little houses selling sweets and beautifully made little gifts. It's like a whole new world at this time of year. It was also amazing not to be budged out the way because of the amount of people as it wasn't too busy. For my final stop of the day I went to Covent Garden to see what the decorations were like this year, last year was impressive but this year was just full of festive spirit. I had to show you the lego reindeer and Santa, it made my afternoon, and was super impressive. London is a wonderful to explore at any time of yea but after months of uni stress a day wondering around by myself and bumping into some friends was just what the doctor ordered.

Cutie Pie Pjs

As you've already seen these gorgeous pyjamas feature in my latest christmas vlog (watch it now) of me decorating my family christmas tree, I had to do a little feature on them too because I'm a little bit obsessed. I absolutely love pjs and loungewear. I blog in them, I work in them, if I could I'd wear pjs all the time. I really needed some new winter ones that are soft and snug for this time of year that would keep me warm but also looked super cute.

Luckily for me South Beach came to rescue with this adorable cutie pie lounge set. It's so soft and I couldn't recommend them more to anyone who needs some winter pjs or something to be comfy and warm in over christmas. The perfect present this Christmas, I know I won't be taking them off...especially on boxing day.

You can buy them here along with loads more loungesets that would all make the perfect winter warmer gift under your tree this year. www.southbeachofficial.com
