Topshop Jumpsuit Obsessing

While I was in London of course I had to visit Topshop on Oxford Street. It goes without saying that this is just heaven in my opinion and there are some amazing pieces in the new ranges. This jumpsuit is just beautiful and I had to share it with you all. It's very rare I can find something like this to fit me but this was just perfection and with a very reasonable price of just £60! What do you guys think?

Introducing 77Diamonds

I have been super excited to tell you all about my meeting in London with 77Diamonds and I am even more happy to tell you that FiveFootFour will now be working along side this amazing brand for shoots and events.

I was lucky enough to meet with 77Diamonds at their showroom (based in London just off Regent St) where I was shown some breathtaking pieces and items from up coming ranges and their current products. Needless to say all of their work is simply beautiful. My absolute favourite range is the Confetti Range which can be seen on their website. With necklaces, bracelets and rings all encrusted with diamonds of a very high quality the Confetti Range is so sweet and delicate and perfect for everyday or for special occasions.  I can't express my love for them enough just over my blog so keep an eye out for shoots with their wonderful ranges of jewellery.

Of course diamonds are a girls best friend but at the moment my obsession is rose gold, so as you can imagine how ecstatic I was to discover they do produce items in 18k rose gold as well as white gold and yellow gold. Rose gold and diamonds is definitely the new must have and is absolutely exquisite. As a small gift for a bridesmaid or just a treat for yourself or someone special 77Diamonds have got everything you could possible want in the diamond world!

Adding Some Sparkle To London

I was hoping to go back to London soon but I didn't realise I'd be back only 7 days after leaving. However it was a lovely chance to get back into one of my favourite cities and get some more little jobs done. This was an extra special trip as I was meeting with an extraordinary diamond company which will be revealed very soon. As it was a meeting with such a beautiful brand I thought reflecting a little sparkle in my outfit was the perfect time to wear one of my favourite tops. The detail of it is simply wonderful and I am a magpie when it comes to sparkle.

A morning spent in Greenwich before heading to Regent St. was the perfect time to show off my lovely Jack Wills Woollen Blazer. Folding up the sleeves adds a pink and blue pop of colour to my outfit. Dress it up and dress it down it never disappoints, however the weather was a lot more impressive than I had expected so most of the day it was spent over my arm around London instead of being worn.

SO excited to show you what I go up to in London to keep your eyes peeled for a post on the wonderful diamonds I played with and a very exciting new partnership.

FlashBack

Recently so many amazing opportunities have been given to FiveFootFour and it all got me thinking how far my journey has taken me. Some of you may already know this but it has been less than a year since I started modelling seriously. This shoot was my first ever published shoot and the images are still being used now on websites, social media and for Anna D'Souza (a very talented wedding dress and wedding accessories designer in Cornwall). Her work is simply breathtaking and the amazing pieces I was allowed to wear were just stunning.

When the one year anniversary for this shoot comes around soon I will release the images on here and a special article for you all on the items and how I felt doing this shoot when I had never been published before or asked to do anything this important in my life. It's amazing how far my modelling has taken me, and without it FiveFootFour wouldn't be here, and without you guys it wouldn't be so successful and making my dream come true; so THANKYOU!

Macaroon Sunday

It's my favourite day of the week. I don't know why Sundays' feel so good but there is something de-stressing about them. For me sundays are a chance to relax, kickback, wear no make, stay in my onesie and get some inspiration flowing. Sundays are a great excuse to have some treats too, if you have to behave all week, today's the day to fit in some naughties; so I'm filling my tummy with some beautiful macaroons I bought in London. Wonderfully therapeutic!

I am also planning a big change to the look of FiveFootFour in the next few weeks, can you guess what it might be?

The Libertine Cocktail Bar & Tea Room

I've been so excited for this feature and today's the day I can share this little wonderland and it's concoctions with you all. Found in the centre of Shrewsbury, The Libertine Cocktail Bar & Tea Room is situated down a cobbled alleyway, already giving it some heritage and a quirky character.

Famous around Shrewsbury for the "no limits" approach to cocktails this was one place I had to check out properly while in the area, and they definitely delivered. Adding fun and unusual twists on some classics, I dare say they have improved them massively. The first cocktail was called the Casanova Martini, a refreshing and surprising twist on the PornStar Martini. Containing vanilla vodka, passion fruit, lime, cranberry and a burst of pineapple foam, sprinkled with popping candy AND accompanied by a champagne chaser; it made quite an impact. Wonderfully presented of course the Casanova Martini is definitely one for those who want to add an element of surprise to the evening.

The second treat with the lovely name, Madhatter's Teapot serves 2 containing vodka, lychee, elderflower, pineapple and apple served in a teapot with 2 teacups is a fruit zing of pleasure. For all the fruity taste-buds out there who want to woo that special someone, this is a big recommendation.

The Libertine is a perfect raw diamond hidden away in the streets of a historic town, full of character,  clashing wallpapers and grand mirrors. It really is like falling down a rabbit hole into a world of topsy turvy; which is the perfect introduction to my third cocktail concoction, Fudged Up and Ready To Blow! This has to be the most impressive cocktail that has ever graced my life with its smokey presence. Homemade fudge rum, banana liqueur, lime, pineapple and milk, yes milk, go into this science experiment gone very right. Dry ice is placed in a glass underneath to create the amazing reaction that is ready to blow. To my delight it does taste as good as it looks, yet again The Libertine have created a flavour sensation.

My last cocktail of my visit was a much needed calmer, sweeter and wonderfully pretty drink by the name of Libertine Love and Tea. Served in a beautiful vintage teacup with raspberry and blackberry garnish this was the perfect way to conclude my visit. Of course this one isn't going to be straight forward when it comes to flavours though. A mix of damson gin, hibiscus, lime and cranberry create another flavour sensation and one that I will be having again and again upon my visit to this other worldly cocktail bar.

A big thankyou to Louis and Max for making some fantastic drinks for me to feature and Sammy Libertine for creating such a wonderful hidden gem in Shropshire.

Daisy Dreaming

I've been dreaming about this wonderful fragrance by the one and only Marc Jacobs since discovering it at the airport in Bangkok. The light beautiful smell that's so easy and uplifting is just the perfect new fragrance for me. It does help that I love every scent by MJ and collect each one but this one has topped them all. It is an exact reflection of the name, it's a dream. The bottle is a work of art and the smell is simply divine. I am over the moon I have been able to get my hands on a bottle.

I also couldn't post without including the adorable mini tester bottle. The biggest and tiniest bottles of Daisy Dream. It's just so cute! This is will add to my wonderfully growing collection of Marc Jacobs fragrances but I think I have found my favourite. Could this be the best one yet? Keep up the inspiring work!

Bye Bye London

This visit has not been anywhere near long enough for me with a very tight and busy schedule but I have yet again had an amazing time in the beautiful British City. It maybe the end of summer but the temperature has been lovely all weekend for our trip so fingers crossed Fashion Week is blessed with some warmth as well. A perfect day to wear my beautiful white shirt from Jack Wills. It was a very monochrome themed weekend I must say but you can never go wrong with black and white.

I'm sure it won't be too long before FiveFootFour is called back for more fun filled days here but until then I am very sorry to be leaving. Couldn't leave without a little visit to Big Ben though, for me the most iconic land mark in London and my personal favourite to visit every time I'm here.

See you soon London.

Trip to Harrods Heaven

A visit in London wouldn't be complete without a trip to Harrods. It's been years since I have been able to fit in a visit to this amazing place but today I spent a considerable amount of time getting lost and enjoying each floor. Needless to say Disney will always be a fond childhood memory so I simply couldn't resist the Disney Store. Yes, you may all have realised by now I'm just a big kid at heart so lots of giant teddies got my attention. (Even if I got some weird looks from families walking by)

This is such a dangerous place to come when you know there is going to be perfect outfits everywhere you look, new fragrances, sensational food and room after room of heavenly shoes. Thankfully my team were strict on where we could spend time so for me it was a lot easier than if I had taken on this journey alone.

After a busy few hours in this wonderland packed with everything anyone will ever need in their life, I couldn't leave without getting something to remember it by until next time. So I treated myself to an iconic Harrods Teddy! (Yeah, sad I know but it'll have pride of place on my desk to help me work...that's my excuse anyway)

Coffee Break

Whenever I'm in London it always seems like there is never enough hours in the day. I never get to do everything I want to fit in when I'm down here. Having a little break to sit and watch the busy world go by is one of them. Even though it was short I was able to have a little sit down just off Oxford Street to have a naughty caramel mocha treat. After all the walking I did I definitely need it. Also here is a sneak peak at my beautiful new handbag from TopShop. I'm sure you'll all be able to spot this in many shoots and maybe a little feature on it soon. Definitely need to book time down here just to have some exploring and reflecting days without any busy appointments and rushed schedules. The perfect city to get lost in.

Tower Bridge Visit

The beautiful and historic City of London is always so welcoming when I come to visit but I decided to give a little back this time by visiting a few iconic land marks that are held in this British wonderland.

A whistle stop tour was all I was able to fit in with Tower Bridge but I am so glad I had time to pass through and see how spectacular it really is. London is full of gems that I don't think we appreciate enough so being able to soak up the atmosphere of excitement at this historic land mark was a wonderful way to spend a morning before a busy lunch and afternoon in London's City centre.

The Tower Of London Remember

If there is a place I will never get bored of coming to it's London. Always full of amazing sites and exciting events so I couldn't visit without seeing the stunning array of poppies around the tower of London. The ongoing growth of poppies is such a beautiful way to remember each fallen soldier from the war but it also very moving to see the impact of the amount of lives that were taken. Each single poppy represents one lost life of a soldier that was lost and there are now hundreds of poppies placed around the grounds, which is so emotional to see.

Having walked over Tower Bridge to see the views across the river it brings you out right next to the Tower of London. Following the road along it cuts down into the gardens of the castle to allow you to view it from all the way around. It's a lovely walk to see volunteers placing the poppies in the pattern right around the grounds which is also a big wake up call to all the effort this has taken, all the time and how each life lost is so important to reflect in the exhibit.

Feel very lucky to be able to experience this while being here in one of my favourite cities. Sorry that the photos cannot express the magnitude of this wonderful expression of art but if you are in London or going soon you have to experience it for yourself.

Summer Evenings

It's here! After lots of teasers and a wonderful mention in an interview with StreetStyleVibes here are my favourite photos of the evening beach shoot. I always feel at home by the sea no matter where it is but Cornwall will always be so special to me; it will always be home. Being able to do shoots in such a special place really makes me realise how lucky I am to have the lifestyle that I do.

This shoot had perfect evening summer lighting, with the sun creating a sunset glow on all the images which I love as my hair looks so auburn. I love how exotic Cornwall looks, its like the Uks' hidden gem with its own mini climate. Paradise!

Warm air, sun on your skin and a light breeze is the perfect kind of weather and this day was just that; total bliss. They say the best things in life are free, and just going to the beach on a sunny evening soaking up the rays and totally chilling out is definitely one of those things. Summer isn't over yet so get out there and make the most of it!
